Frequently Asked Questions
Do you use organic ingredients?
Yes. We source organically grown fruit whenever possible. We always make efforts to use fruits that are grown in a sustainable manner without the use of pesticides. Our pears and grapes are sourced locally from trees and vines that have not been sprayed. We use organic cane sugar as our only added sweetener. And whenever we need to add citrus zest to our pops, it is always from certified organic fruit. Lastly, all the herbs we use are organically grown or unsprayed.
Where does your fruit come from?
As much as possible, we source our fruit from farms in the Willamette Valley or other parts of Oregon. We meet the farmers and pick much of the fruit ourselves, such as the blueberries, strawberries, grapes, and pears.

Blueberries: Blueberry Meadows, Corvallis.
-
Blackberries: Corvallis community and Willamette Valley Fruit Company

Do you use artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives?
No, we do not add any artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
What sweeteners do you use and how sweet are your pops?
We use Native® brand organic cane sugar, but only in small quantities, enough to complement the natural sweetness of the fruit. And we also offer pops without any added sugar. Our motto is that you should taste the fruit, not the sugar. Please contact us for nutritional information of any of our products.
Are your products dairy-free?
Yes, all of our pops, sandwiches and frozen desserts are dairy-free and vegan.
Where do you sell your pops?
You can find our pops at First Alternative Co-op North and South stores,
Gathering Together Farm Stand, and Blueberry Meadows. Starting in late spring our pop cart will be at the Corvallis Farmers' Market in downtown Corvallis, and other city parks and events around the area. Check out our Facebook page for our current schedule of events. Additionally, we love to come to parties and corporate events. Just complete our contact form for more information.
